About Beyond the Sale
I didn’t write Beyond the Sale because the real estate industry needed another book.
I wrote it because too many new agents were quietly struggling — overwhelmed, underprepared, and questioning themselves — and I kept seeing the same patterns repeat.
After working in real estate for decades and spending years onboarding, training, and supporting agents every single day, I realized something important: most new agents don’t fail because they aren’t capable. They struggle because they were never truly prepared for what this career demands — mentally, emotionally, or strategically.
This book exists to help change that.
Why I Wrote the Book
